We understand things come up and weather is unpredictable. We will fully refund your payment 48 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or change. If you change or cancel within 24 hours we will refund 1/2 of your booking. If you are a no show on the time of your appointment we reserve the right to charge you for that reserved time slot. Our staff and company is scheduling their day around your scheduled appointment. You should book as far ahead in advanced so the time slot you want doesn't book up
Yes!!! We love to partner with our local airbnb and vrbo. If you live or rent on the lake we can easily come get you and drop you off at your house.
Any age can give it a try. We have boards and gear that will accommodate ages 3 and up. We even had our 88 year old grandpa get up on water-skis. There really is no age that can't enjoy this sport and if you don't want to give wakeboarding or surfing a try you can always just ride a tube for some fun.
All you really need is a bathing suit and towel. If you want you can bring food, drinks, sunscreen and cameras to capture all the fun. We are not responsible should something happen to any electronic device you bring on the boat. We will have all required safety equipment and watersport equipment. You are more than welcome to bring your own if you want.
The best conditions to wakeboard or wake surf are early morning or late evening. The earlier in the morning or later in the evening when the sun sets the better since there are usually less boats and the water is calmer.
We will start service as soon as the boat is in the water in the spring or as late as the boat is in the water in the fall. The water maybe cold and we don't have wet suits in all sizes but we do have a few that you can use.
Yes, you can change between wakeboarding, surfing or tubing at anytime. There are different boat setups for each activity but our boat has top of the line technology so it only takes a few minutes to change set ups. Blowing up a tube may take time so let us know before hand.
That will depend on the schedule for the rest of the day. We are usually very flexible and can add time if there are no other bookings. You will have to pay upfront before we add more time. We can charge a credit card right on the boat or accept Venmo or cash.
Sorry but no dogs or animals. We love dogs more than anything but this is a brand new boat and I don't think you want to pay for new leather seats should the dog accidentally rip them. No alcohol, cigarettes or drugs.
